Parents/Guardians of potential new students at Sidney High School, please fill out the information on the Register Your Student For Sidney High School tab as well as the Records Request form.

The records request form is a fillable PDF form that you can download, fill out, save and Email to one of the counselors below.  All new students will be contacted the week of August 3rd to set up an appointment to finalize registration.
