Strategic Plan Definition.jpg

What does a confident learner look like?

Grades K-3 - Students are identifying their interests and are motivated to learn.  Students are learning how to set and achieve goals.  Students are learning that asking questions is a valuable part of learning.

Grades 4-8 - Students realize we learn from our mistakes.  Students continue to set goals for themselves and learn that individual small accomplishments and hard work are what it takes to meet their goals.  Students learn to celebrate successes and help others.

Grades 9-12 - Students set goals and begin to think long term.  Students are optimistic about their futures and openly have conversations about their future.  Students are not afraid to fail.  Students are not afraid to make decisions based on their own core values.

We believe that ALL students learn and grow through success and challenge.
We believe that every student has the opportunity to learn, and be successful, at any job or task.
We believe that learning is a lifelong process.

We believe that all students receive a well balanced and student-focused education of the highest quality.
