Guided by our Strategic Plan, we remain focused on continuous improvement across three key priorities. 
 

Goal #1: Learning reinforces our commitment to student achievement through strong, well-rounded instruction and a collaborative Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), which includes academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning practices. 

Goal #2: Culture focuses on building a shared sense of pride and belonging through transparent communication and community engagement. 

Goal #3: Future is about investing in and retaining exceptional staff by providing relevant and meaningful professional development opportunities.

We are fortunate to serve in a community that values education and works closely with our district to support every student. The partnership between our families, staff, and community members plays a vital role in creating a nurturing, empowering environment for students to learn and grow. As we guide students along their educational journey, we are reminded of the words of Oscar Wilde: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” This quote captures one of our most important beliefs at Sidney Public Schools—that every student is a unique individual with tremendous potential. We encourage all students to embrace who they are and to boldly step into the future as their authentic selves.
